Get the Look: Miranda Kerr
Hi guys, so I really wanted to try out a look that other people could follow and use and I thought that this photo of Miranda Kerr is just too beautiful to pass up. I am so excited to recreate it and I hope I do her makeup justice:-) This is only my interpretation and so I'm not expecting to look the glowing goddess that Miranda Kerr does!
I decided to do the makeup look in video form because pictures and descriptions were proving too difficult haha! I'm sorry that the quality is terrible but it was the best option as I really wanted to upload a makeup tutorial today.
EYES:
No7 Stay Perfect Eyeshadow in Starry Lights
MUA Trio Eyeshadow in Chocolate Box
Collection Brown Eye Pencil (used for brows as well)
The Body Shop Liquid Eyeliner in 01
Benefit 'They're Real!' Mascara
The photo that I was working from is this:

Products used:
BASE:
Maybelline BB Cream in Light (applied with beauty blender)
Benefit High Beam (for highlight)
Nivea Soft Blush (for contouring)
MUA Matte Perfect Loose Translucent Powder
MUA Matte Perfect Loose Translucent Powder
EYES:
No7 Stay Perfect Eyeshadow in Starry Lights
MUA Trio Eyeshadow in Chocolate Box
Collection Brown Eye Pencil (used for brows as well)
The Body Shop Liquid Eyeliner in 01
Benefit 'They're Real!' Mascara
LIPS:
Barry M lip liner in 1
Barry M lipstick in Pillar Box Red
So just as a quick description, I start by applying my base and setting it with powder. I then highlight and contour my cheeks, forehead and nose. Then I fill in my brows and start on the eyes. I highlight my brow bone and use a dark brown to create a wing shape in my crease and near my eyebrows, I then use a lighter brown on my lid. I use the darker brown again to go half way along underneath my eye, as well as using brown eyeliner so that there is some definition but it isn't too harsh. I do a small line of eyeliner on my lid and apply mascara. I outline and fill in my lips with a lip pencil and then use my lipstick to go over it. To get a more matte look like Miranda I go over my lips with some powder (this also makes the lipstick last longer) and do a final coat of lipstick.
Thankyou to anybody who took the time to watch and I hope it was helpful as I'm not too sure if I'm embarrassing myself here!
